Talking Racine welcomes Donnie Snow County Board supervisor and former parks director for the City of Racine WI. Along with Donnie is Kenneth Lumpkin a former county supervisor and regular panelist on Talking Racine. In celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King’s birthday, they will be discussing their involvement in the civil rights movement and the early years in Selma and Montgomery Alabama.
