Talking Racine Episode 144 Jim McClain’s Court Case

Jim McClain discusses his court case with Talking Racine where he is threatened with $312,000 dollars in fines, found guilty of over $50,000 dollars by the municipal judge then has the case dismissed with prejudice. WHAT? One thing that is not mentioned is the delay in home repair was due to Jim McClain being handicapped on a fixed income and unable to get a city loan. We bring the perspective down to the local level to discuss issues that affect our own city. We’re about investigative reporting on topics that matter, corruption, conflicts of interest, broken systems, abuses by institutions and individuals with power, whether that’s government, nonprofits, or the press itself.
