Talking Racine discusses Information recently uncovered suggesting that the Wisconsin Safe Voter Plan used in the Wisconsin 2020 election could have been written by Center for Tech and Civil Life. Over six million dollars was distributed to five cities in Wisconsin to implement a Safe Voter Plan for the 2020 election. Was the $100,000 given to the City of Racine to distribute to the other cities really a smoke screen to make it appear that the cities developed the Safe Voter Plan? For CTCL to give the money to the cities there needed to be a conduit to accept the money. On June 2, 2020, the Racine Common Council approved a resolution to accept the $100,000 given by CTCL.
