The City of Racine has collected $19.1 million dollars from water and sewer bills in Mt Pleasant, Caledonia, Sturtevant and Wind Point and spent $15.6 million on the properties and projects we tour. We bring the perspective down to the local level to discuss issues that affect our own city of Racine, WI.
