What 2 Hotels have gone out of business ? This was proposed to made a hotel many times . You should have done more research on the events that took place since Zahn’s closed. I’m not a fan of Mason’s but he’s not the first to propose redevelopment. There are facts about the Zahn property you don’t know going back to the construction of the original building. I think it’s time to call the bus to take you old gents back to the home !
